My entire career has focused on helping others succeed. While in restaurants I assisted in opening over 20 new locations focusing on training front of house staff. While working in casinos I created and maintained guest service, safety, employee engagement, & leadership development programs and initiatives.
I am also an active member of my community as I believe that to live in a good place you must be a part of it. I am on the Board for Wild & Wonderful Toastmasters, Program Director for the Eastern Panhandle Society for Human Resources Management (EPSHRM), Board Member for Jefferson County Parks & Rec, and proud recipient of the 2022 Chuck Ellison Distinguished Citizen of the Year Award.
I bring both an operations and systems background to all my projects and have made it a personal mission to not let training be boring. By understanding how people learn and bringing information to them in a way that is actionable we can give your team the tools they need to be safe and succeed.
